How long we retain your data
If you register on our website (as a user), we store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except you cannot change your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you are a member of MEWRA, will will retain all personal information you provide to us during the currency of your membership. If you resign your membership or your membership lapses or your membership is cancelled by us, we will delete all data we hold on you except for your name and contact details to allow us to continue to communicate with you. When you cease to be a member, you can request that we delete information we hold on you, except for information we are obliged to keep as mandated by law.
What rights you have over your data
