To date (4 January 2025), no application has been lodged with the Shire in relation to this proposed development. However, the existing house has been let. In a discussion with an officer of the Shire planning Department, we were told that there has been no contact from the developer since discussions a year ago. It appears that the developer may have abandoned to project.
